Advisory Board | Consultative Committee | Core Staff | Members

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board provides direction to the Centre, and is made up of representatives from regional government, Crown Research institutes, iwi, industry and non-profit organisations. For more information on Advisory Board members and who they represent, go here.

Consultative Committee

The Consultative Committee supports the Director and liaises with University Departments and outside organisations when needed. They set strategic directions for the Waterways Centre, implement Advisory Board advice and manage relationships with the two Universities. Core Staff

A core group of staff are employed directly by the Centre. They coordinate the teaching programmes and oversee water resource management teaching and research initiatives for the universities.

Members

The Waterways Centre is made up of Lincoln University and University of Canterbury academic staff, with teaching and research interests in aspects of water resources and management. Water research students supervised by these academic staff are also included in the Waterways Centre's activities during their time at university.
