Postgraduate Student Forms

The following forms are for use by Waterways Masters and PhD students.

Please make sure you have the correct form. In most cases you will sign the document, your supervisor will sign and you will then forward to the Waterways Administrator for processing. Always complete a Word copy. For Thesis submission forms and processes please contact the Faculty administrator (Lincoln) or check the Postgraduate website (Canterbury).
